Trademark Search
Our trademarks (Premium, Standard and Budget) do not meet your requirements? In this case you are invited to take advantage of our trademark search service.
Procedure
Guided by your individual requirements (e.g. field of application, scope of protection, prefix, infix, suffix, arbitrary name, coined/fanciful name or descriptive name) NETMARK analyses the trademark portfolios of other trademark owners for suitable trademarks. Potential trademark candidates will be communicated to you within a few days. |
The next step is the pre-selection of preferred trademarks. |
After a final feasibility check of the list of goods NETMARK determines whether the current trademark owners would be prepared to sell their marks. |
Upon selection of a trademark NETMARK would be pleased to act as a mediator, but you are also free to negotiate with the seller directly. As a matter of good practice we recommend that similarity searches for trademark antecedents be carried out by your own competent staff or an independant patent or trademark attorney. |
Costs
In the event that a trademark is sold NETMARK will charge the buyer a commission of 15% of the net purchase price plus VAT, with a minimum of EURO 1.250,- per trademark.
After receipt of a trademark search request NETMARK charges a fee of EURO 1000,00 plus applicable VAT. This amount is deductible from the final commission in case of a successful search.
| NETMARK does not charge any intermediate fees. This gives you the safety that your trademark request is being pursued promptly! |
In the interest of those offering trademarks we kindly ask you to complete and return the Trademark Request and Confidentiality Declaration (Potential Buyer).
